3. Payment Terms

• All fees for consultations and services will be clearly communicated before booking. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or as agreed upon in a payment plan.
• We accept card payment.
• Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 10%.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
• The clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds for services are not provided unless otherwise stated. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

• Our clinic does not guarantee specific health results or outcomes, and the client agrees to accept any risks involved with implementing dietary changes.

• The information provided during consultations is based on current nutritional research and best practices. However, scientific advancements or changes in guidelines may occur, and the clinic reserves the right to update its advice accordingly.
